I’m looking for meals that are easy made and essentially cover all the things I listed in the title in a healthy amount, kinda like in this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jg7DjKPoN1U). Do you know of any sites or apps that would allow me to insert different foods and being able to see how much % of the different categories they cover?
