This bad boy is heavy! Taste great as a no bake cheesecake. It’s no bake so I really can’t ask for the same flavor as a baked one.
The issue that I have is that the filling doesn’t hold up while the the crust are very crumbling.
And ate it straight out from the pan since slicing is impossible.

Might consider converting it into a parfait presentation next time unless you really just want to practice getting the perfect no bake crust to hold together.
I’m an unwashed luddite and I just buy pre-made pie crusts 99% of the time.
