There’s a restaurant by me that does this but a million times better.
The crust is super thin and crispy with an olive oil and Parmesan base. The salad is tossed and then added on top of the pizza which is good so you don’t get huge globs of dressing in random places, like the one in the photo. The lettuce is also chopped and super crispy, with halved cherry tomatoes and pulled chicken. It’s so good.

Mello Mushroom had a chicken caesar pizza. It was a hot gooey chicken alfredo pie topped with crispy, cold, chopped greens. Outstanding flavor and texture combo. I make it at home every now and then.
