  1. YES…I did learn so much! I love you last comments Josh. Only suggestions on your part, I wish people would just walk away with that and use what they need from your instructions. I learn so much from every video that you put out here and I have been an excellent cook and baker ( personally & professionally ) for decades now. A big Thank You for all of your hard work. Keep on keeping on!

  2. Can confirm. Gyros is normally just wrapped in the pita, not stuffed. I'm Norwegian, but moved the Crete, Greece 14 months ago. I have never once seen the pita get stuffed. Typically in my experience you stuff a pita for kebab, and wrap it for gyros.

  3. Well unless you say the name gyro because there’s a character in jojos bizarre adventure named that

  4. When make ours we alternate layers of seasoned fat ground meat with layers of sliced joints of meat, we find this helps use get a more even chub diameter with the base plate, the extra fat works well to. Rather than a regular pita we make the Turkish donner bread a Pide, cut into quarters and stuff like they do in Berlin donners or just use wraps/tortilla if feel lazy. We found using an electric carving knife for slicing the gyro meat to be the best and easy way to shave the chub, best way we have found to use a rather iffy christmas gift. The Prymat guro/donner premade seasoning is pretty good and the closest we have found to the gyro/donner take aways we have found sofar. Take care, God bless one and all.

  5. You seriously have the best most relatable cooking videos and the BEST B ROOOOLLLLL❤

  6. Great process. Only issue is attacking how people say "gyro"

In NYC area, many of us grew up calling it a "jai-rho" because we don't call it a "euroscope" it's a "jai-rho-scope"

So your call out is incorrect, but all the ways it is called…mean the same/similar thing. Depends where you're from

  7. As someone who has a Greek uncle and living in Greece i must say i have respect ur not making the lamb bs, i never heard of lamb Gyros here in Greece it's pork

  8. Why did he treat that dough how life made us: fully grown, beaten, and poured onto a work surface
