I think I cracked the quiche code, it’s been my breakfast obsession lately.

Ingredients:
40g oats 150cal/6g protein
100g egg whites 55cal/10g protein
1 whole egg 72cal/6g protein
113g low fat cottage cheese 90cal/ 13g protein

Blend your ingredients til smooth and pour into a baking dish. Add any additional cheese, veggies, meats, or seasonings of choice. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350° or until a toothpick comes out clean. This is great as a bake ahead breakfast and reheats perfectly!!

Let me know if you try it and what combinations you find the best.

Note: I’ve done it without the oats but find they provide great structure and keep me fuller much longer!
