Today we are making Olive Tapenade. It is a wonderful dip/spread, packed full of flavor, and super easy to make. This particular recipe was developed for a friend’s wedding, and though we made a lot, it disappeared within a few minutes. It makes a terrific appetizer.

Personally I've never been a fan of tapenades. But I might give them another try in the future. Since I need new foods to replace the ones from my older eating habits.
Oh and this week I turned Tofu into chicken nuggets. Though I may have added a bit too much black pepper.
The Olive Tampende looks easy to make and tasty to eat. I will need to try it.
