You are literally a rock star 😝
1. You are using the Microplane upside down. The tool goes on top of the lemon and is dragged toward you. This way you can see what you are grating and the tool will collect the zest and not any of the bitter white pith.
2. No garlic in piccata. Shallots, or onion, and with a gentle sear. Never on high heat.
Garlic is too strong for this delicate dish. I’d use shallots instead. Looks great
