  1. Love the receipt, just one important thing, DO NOT LET THE CHICKEN COME TO ROOM TEMPERATURE!!! This is very important and is a gold rule in the culinary world, you want your chicken to always be cold because once it gets warmer, bacteria will spread and you definitely don’t want that

  2. I made this chicken tonight thinking I would have lots leftover for meals throughout the week…it was delicious and I am going to have to make some more tomorrow! I will cut back a little on the salt but only because I am supposed to be on a low sodium diet. 😋

  3. Pan too hot! Too much color too soon. Cast iron holds a lot of heat so you could even take the pan off the flame while cooking to give this chicken more of a tandoori oven style "golden crust."

  7. This is my second time making this (in a week lol) and I merged it with your chicken meatballs in cream spinach sauce recipe. I marinated overnight and cooked all the chicken and sauce in a big pan, adding 1/2 cup cream and a load of baby spinach toward the end. Some fresh parsley too. It's delectable, thank you 🙂

  9. I love this recipe on the grill for gyros…make sure to preheat and oil the grates to remove chance for sticking. if using tenders, make sure u remove the tendon or its a weird chewy sad experience.
