We use these paddles for almost everything besides pastas and higher end entrees like steaks and seafood. Carrying fries on these are a real pain.

  1. I hate those as a cook. You can use them for charcuterie or a ploughman’s lunch if you’re English. Everything else requires the lip that comes with a plate.

    Hope your tables are level at least.
