  1. Incredible Aki! The end result didn't have a lot of liquid though, can I add more water during the cooking process?

  2. Thank you for the lovely recipes. I’m enjoying learning about different cultures and yummy recipes. I’m almost done with next weeks dinner menu.

  3. I went on holiday for the first time with my girlfriend to corfu, I had this dish and it was so good! Thank you for the recipe, now we can make it at home until we can return to corfu!

  4. This looks amazing.
2 questions please-what can I use as a substitute for white whine? Can I just use water? Also, which part of the beef would you recommend for this dish.
I would really appreciate if you could reply x

  5. Akis, your cooking style is so much fun to watch. I don't have a show but love to cook and teach cooking great food as much as you do. Geez, i should've married someone like you years ago!

  6. Made this the other day and I could not believe how delicious it was. We had some small children enjoy the meal, so we used pure apple juice as replacement of the white wine and was just as delicious! New sub. Thanks!

  7. Made this today, what a wonderful dish. I had never heard of white balsamic vinegar. Our local stores don't carry it. Substituted white wine vinegar. It was so good, it hit all those flavors that we love so much.

  8. The irish in me was taken aback with the potatoes bit but I'll try it.
