This is my recipe for Greek style lamb BBQ chops. They’re very simple to make, and very very tasty. Lemon, garlic and oregano flavours combined with the lamb gives you a delicious result. Give them a go!

  1. @KasCooks Yep, overnight marination really steps meals up a notch. However I often get hungry before food gets a chance to marinate overnight 🙂 The longer you can marinate this the better, it helps to get more flavour out of the oregano.

  2. @deimantukas333 Awesome mate, we're heading into winter here so I'm having to brave some bad weather to keep the vids coming 🙂

  3. @SimpleCookingChannel Cheers mate, I also have a small collection of go to lamb chop seasonings and marinades, there's always new ones being added. Would like to see some on your channel 🙂

  4. @sarmenemras Cheers mate, I love rosemary (for some reason it's one of those herbs that some people hate) and am just as likely to make this with rosemary as with oregano.

  5. Great video…looks so good. Also I'm glad to see that you are not afraid of seasoning, as it makes so much difference….Cheers

  6. youre supposed to marinade in olive oil and pepper ,after its done cooking you brush the marinade on , marinade creamed garlic ,olive oil lemon ,oregano ,and sprinkle with mixed salt and pepper, thats the greek way ,when you add lemon and oregano before it cooks it gets bitter from oregano ,and tough because of the lemon, cheers ,
