**Instructions**
1. In a measuring cup, whisk together the oil, lime juice, orange zest, orange juice, garlic, jalapeno and salt until dissolved. 2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the mango, pineapple, jicama, onion, mint and half the dressing. Let sit for 5 minutes. 3. Serve with additional dressing and top with a sprinkling of crumbled cheese and a few dashes of chili powder.
