  1. I use a mortar. I hit them in the mortar to get the shell loose and deshell them then grin it in the mortar.

  2. Or I can just take my knife and my cutting board and finely chop garlic it isn’t that hard

    crush it
    chop it
    salt it
    boom done

    Edit: if you’re gonna make this dish it’s probably a good idea to remove the shrimp tails before you cook them

  3. you are one step away to turn it into garlic shrimp fried rice, i'd just make it fried rice
