  2. I love capers so much that I bought a giant jar of them packed in rock salt. They keep well on my pantry shelf. All I have to do is soak them in water for a few minutes before using. Yum!

  3. This was sooo good. I needed to use up a bag of black eyed peas and tbh don’t think their that appetizing but this was amazing!

  5. I like that you put the olive oil at the end, before the vinegar and the seasoning. This way the beans really have time to absorb the flavours. Otherwise, the oil will cover the surface of the beans and make a barrier , preventing the spreading of flavours 👍
