Looks good and I hate to sound all "negative Nancy" but, why not just brown all the hamburger/onions etc., slap on the cheese and put on the bun? I get that it is in "chunks" but, why? 🙂

In Philly when you order a cheeseburger at a Hoagie Shop, that is what you get.
They're better if you wrap them in paper like they do in the Bodegas. That helps all the ingredients meld.

The yuppies in NYC arr trying to duplicate this a d chargeing $15 a hero Plant Style. Lol. Doesn't even come close. Stay tuned taking these REAL CHOPPED Chesse truck to N.J. and Florida first.
