I didn’t have the time to freeze the broth first, so it’s just normal cold, not freezing cold and slushy unfortunately. I made this from the pulmone brand package, what do you guys think of that one? This was my first naengmyeon, but I don’t really like it, and I’m not sure if it’s because of the particular brand, or that I just don’t like this dish. And unfortunately I don’t have a restaurant anywhere near me that serves naengmyeon of any kind to compare..
Anyway I topped it with cucumber, pear, radish kimchi, and a boiled egg. I like this type of noodles, it’s my first time trying them, and also my first time having any kind of pasta/noodle dish served cold. It’s just that the broth to me tastes just like water, vinegar, and a lot of salt, with maybe slight a hint of beef flavor? I guess I thought it’d be more flavorful but the main flavor I get is salt
I think I’ll try bibim naengmyeon in the future even though I didn’t like this one, cause I know that I like spicy and gochujang flavors

The best way to enjoy it is when it’s incredibly hot and humid and you desperately just want to eat something that’s not hot. Then my friend you will see what it’s all about
