I don’t know who talked me into trying oven roasted asparagus but THANK YOU!!! I will never cook it any other way.

I love oven roasted asparagus plain, with cheese and even seasoned with spices like lemon pepper. It seems to taste great with just about anything savory on top of.

I will definitely be adding this to the family vegetable menu more often.

  1. I LOVE asparagus…I always roast them…i season with slt, pepper and garlic powder. Then i serve it with parm mash and lemon salmon…so delicious

  2. Yum…I usually boil mine for 2-4 minutes to make tender then sautee in a pan with olive oil, salt, and garlic until brown. I think boiling takes Some of the bitterness away. I will have to try this way too!! Thanks!

  4. OK, I am hoping this will work, I just put mine in the oven. Wasn't sure where to break them off, though. Is there a BEST certain spot?

  6. Nice! I made this and it was great. Simple and delicious recipe. Great video too. You are very funny. "What am I going to do with these blades of grass?" Go easy on your husband. I like the very thin asparagus.

  7. Hi, Monique, I tried your recipe tonight having it with a beef loin steak and a mixed vegetable side dish. I've never had roasted asparagus before and I'll never go back to the other ways I've cooked it. I'm hooked! Thank you! Goodnight!
