My wife just got me a Solo Prime Pi pizza oven. I was going to try [Andrew Janjigian](https://www.seriouseats.com/basic-pizza-dough-for-high-temperature-outdoor-pizza-ovens-5211302)’s recipe specifically meant for outdoor ovens, but then I remembered Kenji’s [no-knead Neapolitan](https://www.seriouseats.com/basic-neapolitan-pizza-dough-recipe). Has anyone tried both in an outdoor oven? If they are similar, I’d obviously want to go with no-knead.

i’ve done the latter, though in a food processor which is basically a kneading process. it does work in an outdoor oven. i think it’s actually a better outdoor oven recipe because it specifically mentions 00 flour which supposedly doesn’t burn as quickly.
