Missing some staples on their non-roll sushi and their hot items. Hopefully they will continue to expand their menu.

Seeing the lack of cleanliness of the Fat Dragon kitchen, makes me very skeptical of eating sushi from them. Ate in ONCE and had to use the bathroom which was back by the kitchen.
