Ingredients for Ras el hanout:
1 tsp black pepper corn
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp dried rose petals
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp coriander seeds
2 cinnamon sticks (1 inch)
16 cardamom pody
10 cloves
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cayenne pepper
3 tsp turmeric powder

Ingredients for tagine:
1/4 cup oil
1 small onion
5 garlic cloves
5 green chillis
2 tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
500 g chicken breast
309 g spinach
