Another snack for your at-home enjoyment! If you’ve never made #hummus before, you will be pleasantly surprised with how easy this hummus and greek salad wrap is to make.

Classic Hummus
INGREDIENTS
• 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
• ¼ cup tahini
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• ¼ cup water
• ½ tsp ground cumin
• 2 cloves minced garlic
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Additive ideas: lemon juice, ground cayenne pepper, hot sauce, roasted red peppers, pine nuts

DIRECTIONS
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and puree until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.

Greek Salad Hummus Wrap
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cucumber, diced
• ½ red bell pepper, diced
• 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
• ½ red onion, diced
• 1/2 cup hummus
• 3 whole-wheat tortillas

Dressing:
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1/2 tsp oregano
• ½ tbsp lemon juice
• Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
1. Place cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, and onion in a bowl.
2. Mix dressing ingredients in a jar or container with a tight lid. Pour over veggie mix.
3. Spread 2 tbsp of hummus on each tortilla. Top with Greek salad mixture. 4. Enjoy!
