I’m always hate the cod prepared like this. It doesn’t need that much smother. Baked with lemon , butter, and parsley is more than enough for use. I always save this breading for something that needs it. We also don’t like the roasted potatoes so usually steam them. Brussel sprouts don’t steam well though.
