  1. Perfect ganache or truffles, 3# 811 calubout chocolate 1# hot water 8oz kyro syrup mix until smooth then add 1# melted butter and stir.

  2. Normally you add some mokka to chocolate mousse. You can do this very easily by adding a little mokka to the water. But still: Is this a real mousse? Fluffy, soft? I haven't tried it this way, but I do like the simplicty and pureness. Eggs, which you normally use, will influence the taste for sure. I wonder if you could also add some butter to the chocolate?

  3. why is the other chef pretending he was eating the mousse for the first time… we peeped him in the back taking a spoonful from the bowl

  5. FOR ANYONE IN THE COMMENTS: The ratios in this video are wrong. you are meant to use 350g of chocolate and 270g of water.

not sure why he got the ratios wrong in this video and honestly not sure how it worked.

  6. there's no fancy about the mousse, anybody can do that… it's just it's Heston Blumenthal, that's why it has to be in YT…

  7. Okay, don't get me wrong I love Heston Blumenthal but one thing I gotta ask did anyone see the magnifcation on his glasses

  8. Did chef mention the cocoa percentage for the chocolate? Just wondering if this technique will be successful with any chocolate…

  9. I dunno whether the fact that he’s speaking about whisking chocolate with wota’ for 10 minutes is worse than people writing serious notes about it.. 🀦🏻🀣🀣🀣
