    I love stuffed cabbage and was looking for an easy and fast alternative to the recipe. I’m definitely going to make this, minus the cheese. Thanks for all the wonderful recipes you share.     So deliciious! Its simmering on my stove top right now and it taste great! I used beef bone broth, ground turkey for my meat and used Quaker Quick Barley instead of rice. I did use a little more broth because I bought a pretty big cabbage, probably another 1/4 cup as you recommended. I also printed off the Cabbage Role Crockpot soup to try another day. Looking forward to trying that one too! If you love cabbage rolls then this is a winner! Thank you Catherine!

    I'll pass on the cheese, thank you, but the cabbage looks delish! I make stuff cabbage casserole when I don't feel like doing the rolls. I also make Lazy Stuffed Peppers this way in a deep skillet. Both are fab. Thanks, Catherine!
