  1. Chicken in the microwave is nasty to me. I find it gives it a sort of off taste. I will never put chicken in the microwave again and just reheat in pan or oven now.

  3. Plugged all this into my calorie and macro calculator and it comes out at 646 calories. Not sure how you get it to 487? I used your recipe for it. Also that's even without the Tortilla Chips btw.

    Edit: I've found where the difference is. You are calculating from a low carb tortilla (people should know that normal tortillas aren't that low in calories) and your chicken breast only shows at 222 but its closer to 260 on mine. Also your written recipe calls for a regular flour Tortilla btw, no mention of low carb, so might want to edit that.

    I know this is pedantic but it actually does make a difference to people who are trying to stay below a certain amount of calories to lose weight. I'm more leaving this here so people don't get tricked into thinking that they are eating less calories than they really are.

  7. Love the content mate, tho I hope your not having a "fixation" with protein. Unless your counting on protein to help manage calories consumption (as it reduces hunger for a good amount of time without extra calories).

    Because lets face it, unless you've got olympic level training, your getting enough proteins if you've got a good healthy diet. No need to fixate on it.

  11. Love this. My big box suddenly had broccolini in, of course, a big bag. I've been working on how to use it up. I have extra frozen yet unsalted chicken from another vid, and will try this. The leftover dump concoctions do tend to be the most fun.
