I finally decided to create my special Turkish Grilled Fish recipe video after receiving tons of requests on my Instagram and Facebook. This is an extremely easy recipe to follow with few basic fresh ingredients except the Turkish pepper paste which you can substitute for roasted bell pepper puree if you have trouble finding it. Cooking time depends on the size of the fish, I used a 1Kg whole white fish which cooked perfectly in 35 minutes, remember you don’t want to overcook and dry out your fish.

INGREDIENTS:
1kg whole white fish sea bass, sea bream, red snapper

HERB PASTE:

1 lg white onion chopped
1 tbsp garlic chopped
1 cup parsley chopped
1 tsp turkish crushed red pepper
1 tbsp Kapya Biber pepper paste
1 tsp black crushed pepper
3 tbsp virgin olive oil
rock-salt for taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Have your fish monger scale and gut your fish. Rinse the fish (inside and out). cut open the fish from the cavity to almost the tail. Now turn the fish so the spine is facing up and gently press down on the spine to flatten the fish. You now have a butterflied fish.

2. Now season the inside parts of the fish by rubbing the Herb paste evenly and place in the fridge (covered) for an hour (remove from fridge and allow 10 minutes for fish to come to room temperature).

3.Pre-heat your oven to medium-high at 275c. Place the fish on a Baking grill and let it cook for at least 30 to 40 minutes based on the size and how nicely its charred on the top.

4. Best served with roasted vegetables or steamed white rice.

Hope you all enjoy this recipe and please dont forget to SUBSCRIBE & SHARE this video with friends and family.

Thank you.
