    Please tell me the bowl was hot and not just used for decoration. Ive seen so many “fusion” places don’t heat it up.

    Frankly, I don’t like raw mung bean sprout in a hot stone bowl. It’s not authentic. Also, Koreans never put yellow pickled radish in the bibimbob bowl. sorry for being too negative. But I guess the restaurant isn’t run by Koreans.
