Zaatar Manakish Recipe (Manakeesh) | Lebanese Flatbread (Vegan)

In this video, we share the recipe for Zaatar Manakish (Manakeesh), which can also be called a Wild Thyme Lebanese Flatbread. This recipe is so easy to make and yet so tasty.

Ingredients you require to make Zaatar Manakish (Manakeesh):
3 cups Flour, 1 1/2 tablespoon yeast, 1 cup lukewarm water, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup olive oil (for dough), 3/4 cup zaatar (wild thyme), 1/2 cup olive oil (for zaatar mix)

This recipe is completely vegan and can be served with tomatoes and cucumber on the side. If you’re not vegan you can also have feta cheese or normal cheese with it.
