Ingredients
For Seafood stock
1g fennel
1tbsp onion powder
1tbsp garlic powder
1tbsp paprika
2 pcs garlic cloves
2 bay leaves basil
1tbsp tomato paste
shells of shrimp
water & seamer it for 2 hours.
For Risotto:
1/2diced onion
100g arborio rice
1 g saffron threads
half glass of dry white wine
40 g butter
80 g grated parmesan cheese
1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
