thank you! ☺
Hi Henry
We make Choreg every year for Easter and we add a pinch of MASTICA as well
This will enhance the taste for that Authentic Armenian Easter Bread.
I like all of your videos keep up the good recipes.
Thank You
We make this as well in Greece and we call it Choureki
My Greek family makes this and we call it "Tsoureki". I love it! They make so much and sometimes when we don't know what to do with it we use it to make bread pudding and French toast! 🙂
Henry is it possible to get anywhere all the ingrendients of all ur recipes written down?
greetings from Germany
I used to have it when I was little in my hometown(Manisa) Henry. We call it Paskalya Çöreği. It's very delicious. I think it is more armenian cousine than turkish, even though origin of word ''çörek'' is turkish. Anyway, you are doing great! I love your recipes! Hugs from Spain
looks pretty and yummy! 🙂
I'm not middle eastern but am I big fan of the cuisine.
I've been watching your videos and you are talented, articulate, and AMAZING!

good job God bless you
I'm gonna give this a go. Trying to learn baking but I find it kind of scary. Not as easy as frying up some meat 🙂
Is the cream milk what we call whipping cream?
Thx for sharing this video !
Didn’t need to ask my mum how to make it 😉

First time making choreg and followed your video! Tasted so so good! Thank you and much love from California! <3 <3 <3 Forever following this recipe!
Looks good and I like your accent!
I watch this every year and make the bread!! you are the best Henry
We followed your recipe and substituted bread flour to see what would happen. We also used just the egg yolks for the wash.
