    The mixture must have been too wet when it’s wrinkled like that.

    We need more info:
    What method? French or Italian?

    What colouring? Gel or powder?

    What trays? Flat or deep?

    What mats? Silicone or baking paper?

    Do you have an oven thermometer to confirm time?
