Lamb can be some of the most tender and flavorful meat you will ever grill. After a simple marinade I grill up a half dozen Lamb Chops on the Weber Kettle using the Vortex and the Malory Cast Iron Grate, with some Moroccan Potatoes added in to round out a delicious meal.

Oh man…..those looked out of this world! The Moroccan potatoes are deffinetly getting added to my recipe book.
I love lamb, I have to try this. Just a suggestion, you ever thought about bbqing a Rib Eye Cap Steak on the Weber? You don't see it much and I bet a lot of people don't even know what it is.
Dang… What else is there to say. Simple yet delicious looking. Nice…
That was fast. Looks good.
That looks so delicious Ry! Great job
mmmm Im hungry now. another good video.
I liked your marinate style of lamp chops
Greetings from Turkey.
Nice! Never done lamb, gonna give it a try if I can find it.
I really need to try lamb one day. I'm 60 years old and the only lamb I've ever had was ground and used in a Gyro but I really enjoyed the flavor. They looked delicious as well as the potatoes Ry!
Lamp is the primary meat my village produces. I will definitely try your marinade on my next grill. Excellent Video
Great cook Ry! Made me hungry for lamb. Been awhile… 🙂
Love it I am going to try this one! Thanks Ry!
Can you sometime do a detailed description of "the stall"? I understand it, but I feel many others would be confused when they see their meat drop slightly in temp for a while. 🙂
good call giving the potatoes a quick sear.
Those lamb chops looked absolutely perfect!!!!!!!
Does the marinade help with some of the gaminess that lamb has? I've had lamb a couple of times and both times I just couldn't eat. But would love to give it another try. Yours looks awesome. Maybe I just need to take a trip to CA. LOL!!
Hi Ry I can just imagine the aroma when searing those lamb chops cooked to perfection a job well done. Well the potatoes I guess tasted delicious but I don't think I can get the Moroccan seasoning so I'll go the traditional way olive oil and garlic LOL😁.
we eat a bunch of lamb here in Australia, I recon you have nailed that cook mate !
Another good one Ry. I checked out the Weber Premium from your list and it shows a wire grille, but your Weber has what looks like Cast Iron Grille. Was that a special purchase? Sorry to be a pain mate.
