Hi Majid, This looks so good thank you for posting. I have a question. I have a glass top stove just like yours and I heat my tagine just like you, very slowly and I have great success with my dishes. My question is, in your video on preparing the Majmar you get the coals very hot the put the tagine on top, doesn't this cause a heat shock that could crack the tagine? I would like to use a majmar but I don't want to ruin my prized tagine. Any information will help. Thank you
