Made a delicious and utterly yum Hot & spicy Sausage, peppers & onion ( frozen) sauteed in a pepper, Cheyenne, garlic & butter sauce. And laid atop a roll of golden baked garlic bread w two slice of cheddar cheese and a few healthy dallops of my favourite hot sauce and a couple of shakes of oregano. All ingredients are from Dollar Tree

Two pack Sauage- $1.25
Garlic Bread- $1.25
Frozen pepper & onion blend – $1.25
Sliced Cheddar ( from Walmart)- $2.22
Butter- $1.25 ( I already had this in my fridge but added the cost )
Hot sauce -$ 1.25 ( I already had this in my fridge but added the cost )

Total – $8.47 w/o tax ( call under ten bucks)

Able to feed 2 people

    If you already like cooking, try baking your own bread! I just started recently, I was always intimidated by proofing yeast and kneading. It’s shocking how easy it is and shocking how hard it is to mess up. Some flour and olive oil, mixed with yeast and sugar and water. Throw a little garlic powder in there, a little salt. Mix it, rest it, mix it and bake it. It tastes literally exactly like bread you get in a nice restaurant or from a bakery. And it costs like a dollar a loaf.
