Made the veg kid a vegetarian “chicken” shepherds pie. Tasted like Thanksgiving. Used this broth and turkey type spices to make a gravy…. White kidney beans and Lima beans for the protein.
Sorry the gravy/bean layer wasn’t super stable so there wasn’t really a nice slice to take a picture of
