Yes, you can eat it raw. Try to finish them pretty quickly. If you don’t feel comfortable eating them raw, you can cook them into crab stew.

Yup. But if they smell fishy, don’t. They can go bad really fast.

The best! The shells are super soft so you can just chew on them to get the meat out. Have a big bowl of freshly cooked white rice with it. Looks like the sell by date is Nov 21, they should smell like the sea but not fishy

They are meant to be eaten raw

If you want to eat them raw you can. Depending on the smell.
If you don’t trust yourself or the crabs. You can cook them.
If you’re not a fan of the fishy scent/tasty. You can start by boiling vegetables (onions, green onions, carrots, bak choy) and the crab. If you have other veggies (leftovers) toss them in. I like to add shrimp but that’s near the last final minutes of cooking as shrimp cooks quickly. For the broth, I usually like to dashida as it adds more flavor to the seasoning the crab already has, and a dash and splash of vinegar. The vinegar helps minimize the fishy taste/smell. You can add more gochujang or gochugaru if you would prefer a spicier flavor.
I had to make this as my parents were creepier out with the raw marinaded crabs (I made a huge batch and was the only one eating) They devoured the entire pot.
