I wish I knew where chippies got their curry sauce. I’ve tried all the ones you can get in the supermarket but end up having to tart them up with more five spice, sesame oil, soy sauce etc.

There’s a square tub in tesco, chinese section, a paste you mix with water. Pretty bang on. Forgot what it’s called though cos I’ve run out. I can’t eat fish n chips without a good curry sauce.
