I made this rye turkey shaped loaf today (my daughter says it looks like a bull ha ha) just wanted to see what kind of feedback/best practices I can get. I don’t really get creative with the dough too often, but saw this on facetok a while back and thought i would give it a try. I want to make a couple more before the day. It’s a standard 600g 72% hydration dough. I substituted 150g of dark rye flour.
