Some of us tried to warn you Levain is overrated. If you hadn’t gotten a dry one then you would have gotten a completely underbaked goo bomb that oozed all over the place.
Shoulda gone to chip city like I suggested.

Levain is incredible but it needs to be warm. 8 seconds in the microwave does wonders

williamsburg location always hits, but i eat them within minutes of purchase. otherwise whats the point!

I mean yes cookies only look like that when they’re at least warm. Although I’ve had very tasty & moist room temperature Levain cookies.

Just got a NYC slice, flew home to Japan, and the slice was cold? What a rip off. Never going back to NYC again.
