  1. I was sat in a restaurant once, and i was brought a blindfolded horse. So i said, ‘no waiter, i asked for mascarpone’

  2. Meglio se ti fai spiegare come si fa il tiramisù italiano, che poi la gente pensa sia la ricetta originale… Gnurant
    Che schifezza
    QUELLO NON È ITALIAN TIRAMISÙ

  3. You've creating your own version of dessert but this is not Tiramisù.
    You need the eggs!!!
    It's just cream with coffee.

If you don't know how to do it, DON'T DO IT!!! 😡

  4. Cream?? Why the traditional uses only mascarpone and eggs I mean if to thin out then yes but for a plain for only a few servings you don't need cream maybe he prefers it like this

  5. Thi authentic tiramisu has at least 2 layers. Puting 2 fingers with cream in a martini glass is not a tiramisu.

  6. That’s not tiramisu it’s a coffee triffle as Italian tiramisu has egg, mascarpone cheese, espresso, lady fingers and bitter chocolate cocoa for top and optional Marsala wine.

  7. You'll get concrete shoes in Italy for this kind of Tiramisu 😂😂😂 And you are chef with Michelin stars?

  8. No fkn cream bollocks. Use mascarpone (way more tastier) and add it to the whipped yellow and white eggs. Fkn done.

  9. Well Gordon…I wouldn’t exactly call yours an official Tiramisu but you’ve got a nice balance of ingredients happening. The Martini glass is where you lost me! Growing up in an Italian family I can tell you that Tiramisu is meant to be shared by all…presented beautifully in a deep, large crystal cut bowl. That’s how it’s done, dear, beautifully layered with abundant flavor and sheer mouth watering elegance. ❤

  10. Gordon, I'm sure this recipe is tasty but it's not Tiramisu. In the words of a hot-tempered albeit great Chef "“My gran (Nonna) could do better! ." ❤❤

  11. Tried this Gordon's way it was fine just as mascarpone but once I added the cream: just liquid slop. Sigh…. the hunt for a good method continues

  12. This is my second time making it but I’m making a double batch! Ugh so excited. Have to wait for it to set. Really amazing and delicious recipe. My husband LOVES IT. ❤❤❤❤❤
