  4. You are one fine cook Tammi. I just made your Lobster tail stuffed crab recipe and I’m the local hero hereabouts thanks to you even though I think that I slipped up on the Cajun.. I used 5 full length lobster knuckles/claws and secured them together with long toothpicks..in lieu of the lobster tails..more tender..Placed on a 5”x 6” shell.. Your recipe makes two servings..PERFECT..Thank you .. and by the way your accent belies you. Are you living somewhere between New York… Maryland girl? LOL

Tammy I love how you cook but more I like how you explain what you're doing step by step you don't talk too much you're straight to the point which leaves out a lot of confusion that makes it easier for someone to learn I don't know how you stay so thin and you cook so good now I'm a very good cook but I try not to cook that much because my cooking is my worst enemy I love my cooking so much and I do not want to gain weight I can cook Italian food Jamaican food Puerto Rican food and soul food this dish you made looks delicious but I would have put spinach in the pasta so that I could have some vegetables and balance out the meal also might have made some asparagus on the side smothered in butter and garlic nothing wrong with a small piece of salmon to go with that on that plate too I don't overdo it with seasonings with my salmon I just use lemon lime and thyme and it rhymes and I bake it in the oven with a lot of butter I love your dish but I would definitely add my spinach and my asparagus on the side the salmon is always optional

  10. I made this tonight. The only thing I did differently was mix it all together prior to serving! This recipe is a hit!!!!! I made it with fettuccini noodles and lobster tail. Plus a glass of wine of course
