  1. I add a bit of red pepper flakes, nutmeg & Worcestershire sauce also this makes a very thin quiche I add 10 eggs & cream for a nice thick quiche.

    1 chopped onion
    10oz spinach thawed and drained
    3 cups shredded Munster cheese
    5 eggs
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper

  3. just made this fantastic quiche I had to use what I had on hand which was 5 oz of fresh spin swiss & chedder cheese & followed directions using a little less of some ingredients because of less spin ….I would make it again….Winner

  4. That looks awesome always loved the quiche but not a fan of the crust (sometimes it comes out burnt or dried out depending on the chef)

  5. I'm confused why you would crack the eggs in one bowl to transport into another. More dishes to wash. Makes no sense to me.

  8. I'm going to have to try this. Usually recipe calls for cream, half and half or milk. Without using those ingredients save on calories.

  9. I also put, mushrooms, bacon, green pepper, and cream in with feta cheese and put in a silicon muffin pan for 3 minutes on high in the microvawe oven. Very good.
