I can’t say it’s my best cook. The bark on one rack was slightly tough, and another rack had a bite that wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, but still turned out tasty. Three different rubs, one was Holy Gospel by Meat Church, the other was a blend of Lawry’s, fire salts, and pepper, and the last was a blend of Lawry’s, salt, pepper, and Deathwish instant coffee.
The coffee rub seemed to be the most liked in this cook.
Got some learnin to do on the new smoker!

Those look great.
Can you tell us a bit about the coffee rub, proportions
Thanks
Nice color and they don’t look dry so👍🏾
Let me guess – rack at the top (by itself) pulled cleaner than the others?
Just from looking at how the meat is pulling back from the bone, the top rack is where I like to pull them. Maybe even a smidge longer.
The rack on the bottom looks like it needed another 30-45 mins.
But you’re gonna have to send those tasty ribs over, for proper inspection
I haven’t done an instant coffee rub in a minute. Thanks for posting some inspiration
