  1. corn beef mash needs to go into a frying pan and give it a crisp base then put a poched egg on the top

  2. Just made it for the first time. Never liked it before as it was too wet. Hoping this will be nice as it does look great going into the oven. Will let you know the result.

  3. if you're super lazy like me just make up some instant mash, chop up a small onion, throw it in the mash (raw) and mush your tin of corned beef in there!

  4. ALL Corned Beef is tinned.. the stuff from the Deli section is just taken out of larger tins, sliced and re-packaged.. and people pay more for it because they think it's different to the stuff you buy in the tin.

  5. Love this recipe..ive made this a number of times now and love it……..

  6. Made me hungry just watching… I think though, I would leave off the tomato slices but leave them raw & add them as a side dish.

  7. Not how I would make a hash, but this would be ideal to put in a blanket of puff pastry for corned beef pasties.

  8. okay now this looks nice…some of the cornbeef recipe i watched looked… well basically bland and very pale

  9. This is not corned beef hash… At best, you made a corned beef mashed potato casserole.

    This is an abortion. ๐Ÿ˜‚
