I used a Nordicware aluminum half sheet pan on a preheated pizza stone and heated the oven to 500F (my oven doesn’t go higher). Baked for about 24 minutes. Toppings are local Italian sausage, mozzarella, goat cheese, red onion, and red bell pepper.
The crust is SO GOOD! I’m tempted to try making it in two aluminum quarter-sheet pans to get more crust, because the edges are so crispy and delicious.
