Seafood Mac n Cheese Ingredients
1 lb.Elbow Macaroni
1 lb. Fresh Shrimp, Medium or Large
1 lb. Snow Crab Legs
1 1/2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
8 oz. Lump Crab Meat
1 tsp. Creole or Cajun seasoning (Creole Kick)
1 1/2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream or Whole Milk
2 tbsp Salted Butter
2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
