This Moroccan style chicken skillet makes such an amazing dinner because it tastes as if it’s been slowly cooking for hours! With all the flavors combined it makes such a rich and aromatic sauce with that tender chicken, its sure pleases everyone at the dinner table! Try it out some time and I know your’e going to love it!

Ingredients:
5-6 pieces chicken
Salt, Pepper & Paprika
1 Onion chopped
1 inch grated ginger
3 cloves garlic
2 cups tomatoes chopped
2 Tbs. sliced almonds
1/2 cup green olives
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
1/4 cup white wine

Directions: Start off by adding the olive oil to a heavy bottom saute pan and add the chopped onions, garlic and ginger. Saute for one minute, then add the chicken and remaining ingredients except the cilantro to the pan. Bring it up to a simmer, cover and allow it to cook for 35- 40 minutes until chicken is fully cooked. Top the chicken with some chopped fresh cilantro and some more crunchy almonds if you wish. Serve this dish with some fluffy couscous. Enjoy!
