    That’s exactly the texture I’m looking for in a steak. Not overcooked, but cooked *just* enough to remove the “raw” texture in the center.

    Add to that the fact that this steak is what I believe the kids are calling “dummy thicc” and this is a good time for me. Just needs some form of potato and something that rabbits eat on the side.
