Beef Stew with Chickpeas | Beef Stew with Garbanzo | Easy Beef Curry Recipe

INGREDIENTS;
500g Beef Meat
1 cup Garbanzo | Chickpea
1 med size Onion
4 Cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Cup Water as needed

TO MARİNATE THE BEEF;
½ Tsp Salt and pepper
½ Tsp Curry Powder
½ Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Olive oil
2pcs Dried laurel leaf

DIRECTION;

1. In a saucepan, heat the oil, then sauté the onion over medium heat until it becomes translucent.

2. Add the beef stir in gradually until it begins to brown. Saute for 6 minutes.

3. Then add the garlic. Saute for an additional 1-2 minutes. (Be sure not to let the garlic brown or it will taste bitter.)

4. Stir in the tomatoes and cover the pan.
5. Then add the chickpea and pour the water, bring to a boil and then cover and simmer over medium heat for 50 minute or until the meat is done.
6. Then uncover and cook at medium-high for another 10 minutes until the sauce has thickened up just a little.

Cook and enjoy!
