  3. My wife cooks everything you make. She said if there is such a thing as reincarnation she wants to come back to look like you and cook like you. She does cook great though and she cooks Polish, Hungarian and other ethnic foods really well. She really loves your videos. I don't dare disturb her when she is in a Vitale cooking mood lol.

  4. Makes About 2 Dozen

    Ingredients:
    1 ½ Cups of Flour
    ½ tsp Baking Soda
    ¼ tsp of Salt
    ½ cup of Unsalted Butter at room temperature
    ½ Cup of Granulated Sugar
    ½ Cup of Brown Sugar
    1 Large Egg
    ¼ tsp of Vanilla Extract
    3/4 Cup plus 2 Tbsp of smooth peanut butter

  5. Ingredients:

  9. I can never understand why recipes call for a stick of unsalted butter and a 1/4 tsp of salt when a stick of salted butter contains the same amount of salt.

  12. Hi Laura that you suggested an ungreased cookie sheet as opposed to greased or parchment paper. Any reason why? Also, rarely have I ever seen peanut butter cookies without the fork criss cross pattern. I wonder when/who/why they came up with that idea that seems specific to peanut butter cookies.
